How does the On-Demand Talent Solution Work?
For our On-Demand VA service, we’ll start with a free job consult. After we’ve worked with you to define your needs, we’ll match you to the virtual assistant from our talent pool of qualified VA professionals. Upon Job Award, you can be up and running in 24-48 hours. ResultsResourcing also manages invoices, payments and 1099 administration.
The set-up fee for our vetted-On Demand VA service starts at $499/job. You also pay for the services of the On Demand VA you hire through our platform at a flat hourly rate based on the role defined, with no minimum hours required. ResultsResourcing saves you time, hassle, and opportunity cost while freeing you up to do your high ROI work.

What is the Discovery Call and how does it work?
Our discovery calls are a complimentary consultation with no obligation to move forward. After you book a time, you’ll receive a calendar invite with a Zoom link sent via Calendly that can be added to your calendar.
Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive an email with a video explaining how to get ready for the call. Come prepared with a general idea of what support you need, and we’ll help guide you through the rest.
Do you do background or reference checks?
No. We have partners who do this work for an additional charge. Or, you can conduct this work yourself after the interview process.
How long does it take to find my freelancer?
For On-Demand Talent Solutions, best-matches are made by our team using our platform and database of pre-vetted professionals after the discovery call. You may want to interview the best matched freelancer, which adds a step. When you are ready, upon awarding the job to the best-matched freelancer using the ResultsResourcing platform, you can be up and running in 24-48 hours.
May I talk to my freelancer before hiring them?
Yes. We encourage you to interview your best-matched freelancer prior to hiring. We will make introductions, and will gladly coordinate the interview for you – just let us know!
Do you provide on-site freelance support?
No. We specialize in virtual freelancers who work remotely.
How do I pay?
Payments are made through the ResultsResourcing platform, powered by Stripe’s gold-standard payment gateway. You can pay by bank card or ACH bank transfer, with new options via Stripe regularly available.
What if I’m not satisfied with my freelancer?
